Access on computer is blocked

I started getting this windows defender popup message telling me that my access on computer is blocked and trojan spyware etc. It says to contact windows support which I assume is just a scam, the popup message is showing at the bottom of my screen and it says

Windows defender security center. Access to this PC has been blocked for security reasons.

You did the correct thing by assuming its a scam, dont ever fall for anything saying "call this number" or making it look urgent, because no one actually contacts you this way through any browser popup redirect. Close your browser window to get rid of it.

You can also just reboot your PC to see if that fixes the problem, thats usually the easiest solution for any unknown issues.

this is good info, there are probably many people sitting around not even exercising because of it and have no idea its statin side effects
