NL.exe is a software program that is known to be part of the botworm named W32.Sagevo. "Sagevo" is associated with this worm, as this worm is actually known as Backdoor.Wualess.B, but the Sagevo virus attempts to download the nl.exe file. To help identify that this program is not spyware, always verify the file is in the proper location. This file is normally associated with Logitech mouse and hardware products, and allows various control and changes to these hardware devices. Note also that nl.exe has been reported as spyware called Iambigbrother, so it appears that multiple different spyware or virus files are using the name nl.exe.
