Asked by Anonymous - Why Do I Always Get Nosebleeds? : It seems like stretches of time where I get 1 nosebleed every day for a week straight.  Why dont others get nosebleeds like I do or maybe its more common then I think

Anonymous Says: Its probably caused from dry air.  This can happen when you start running the air conditioner, and can happen when you start running the heater.  Those times of the year the air suddenly gets alot drier and those vessels in your nose crack and bleed easily.

Anonymous Says: A good way to stop this is to get the nose saline spray.  In the morning spray it once up each nostril (its only saline / water) and pinch the nose briefly to spread it around.  Then at night before going to sleep spray it up nose again.  I bet you will realize that within 2 days of doing this the nosebleeds will be stopped.

Anonymous Says: That saline spray works!!  I tried it and then pinched by nose after spraying it up in there, and suprisingly my nose bleeding stopped immediately.  I felt like every night it was going to start bleeding in my sleep and after using the nose spray multiple nights before bed it stopped.
