I keep getting a message that says itunes could not connect to iPhone because it is locked with a passcode.
When I plugged my iphone in, itunes says it can't connect because it is locked with a passcode. I actually dont know the passcode because I forgot was my passcode was. Do I need to take it to an apple store or is there a way around this?

Try this, turn the iphone off first, and connect your cable to COMPUTER ONLY. Do not connect the iphone. Then hold down the iphone home button and at the same time connect your cable to it (that is connected to your computer already). Let go of your home button when you see the connect screen on the iphone appear.
