Guest Says: No File Recovery is free software that wipes your "empty" space on the hard drive.  So in other words if you email is stored on a server (like where ever you work) or at your ISP like what you use at home (or Yahoo, AOL, Google, etc., if you use webmail), then nothing can eliminate those files because they are not stored on your computer.  But if you deleted stuff on your hard drive, then No File Recovery makes it so that stuff can't be undeleted by someone running an undelete program on your computer.  If you are selling your computer then you should do that before selling it, just make sure to delete everything you can first.
