I just received this email. I doubt it is from you.
Also, I recently downloaded a "patch" from AOL, and ever since then I cannot forward nor answer emails from my AOL mail. Also, I cannot open any downloads. Who do I contact about that?

Are you using the AOL dialup service? That email does not look like a phishing attempt, as most email phishing attempts try to get you to go to a website (although there have been minor cases of phone number calling also. What I would do here is actually call AOL, don't go by the number on the email but just go to aol.com and get their number. They have live chat on their site also where they can help you if you go to help.aol.com
