Hi,
You have a great site and provide an invaluable service. Thank you. My question is about removing songs on my iPod that were added from my son's iTunes account. When I plug into my account, these other songs that I want to delete do not show up so what is the proceedure to eliminate them?

its very easy to remove songs, once you highlight your ipod it will show all songs on it. You can click to highlight and then click edit - delete from the toolbar. You can just "sync" the ipod which means everything in your song list becomes what your ipod has on it, that means new songs added and other songs deleted.

ipods are pretty easy to figure out, just mess around with them a little bit on itunes and you will be really familiar with it before you know it. :)
