Is it easier to make the transistion to DB2 from Oracle or from DB2 to Oracle?

It is easier to come from a DB2 background and make the transistion to Oracle than go to a mainframe environment from a server/pc background(Oracle).
But to get really proficient in a relational database environment, its harder with Oracle. DB2 does many things for you behind the scenes, that you won't get with Oracle.
