I seem to have a virus and after googling it looks like its actually called tha about blank virus. When I do a view source on this page it shows a 1 followed by HTML markers. (I cant list html on the page so its the html with brackets)

There is an about:blank virus, but why do you think its a virus because thats normal if you have your browser set to no homepage.
