Guest Says:

Frank Yaeger Says:
See the "Keep dropped duplicate records (XSUM)" Smart DFSORT Trick at:

Guest Says:
I didn't realize dfsort had this option to remove dups

Frank Yaeger Says:
DFSORT and DFSORT's ICETOOL have a very large number of functions you may not be aware of. SELECT has been available with DFSORT for many, many years.

You can find complete information on the functions added to DFSORT and DFSORT's ICETOOL over the years at:

http://www.ibm.com/storage/dfsort

The latest functions were just added in October, 2010.
