Main Question - Posted From Guest:
When we connect my daughters ipod to the computer none of her songs are able to be selected for deletion. So every time she connects it automatically updates any new music I added and she can't get any of it off. Help?!?!?

Guest Says:
I think what you want isto go to itunes and go to edit and then preferences then you will see alot of preference tabs. Click the one that says devicies and check the box that says "prevent ipods and iphones from syncing automatically" and you can can use Itunes manually. This should stop that automatic song sync up that occurs, and then you manually manage music on your own. I think if you are on an older version of itunes the option will say "manually manage music" instead, but just install the newest itunes version
