A popup came up & said i was infected & i accidentely downloaded it to get rid of what it said. & now everytime i go on the internet, this message shows up & blocks every website. "Warning! Visiting this site may harm your computer! This web site probably contains malicious software program, which can cause damage to your computer or perform actions without your permission. Your computer may be infected after visiting such web site. We recommend you to install (or activate) antivirus security software. I do realize that visiting this site can cause harm to my computer." I have spybot & got rid of everything that was infected, & even uninstalled what i downloaded on accident but this message is showing up on every websitei go on still. Please help

It sounds like you downloaded a rogue program. Download the complete cleanup trial from here: http://www.softdd.com/complete/index.html (Click the button that says "review startup" and tell what programs are listed there in the "system startup" tab ... these are the programs running when you bootup and I suspect you have a rogue program still listed there).
