I'm getting popup messages and windows to this wierd looking Trustedantivirusscanner.com and it seems suspicious. Do I have a virus

You are correct that it is suspicius, thats a rogue antivirus program and in no wya should you install it or agree to any popup. I'm guessing it just popped up in firefox or IE, when this happens just ctr alt del and terminate the browser and you can always reopen it, but the website you visitined might be infected and attempting to install the rogue spyware or rogue virus on your computer. If you agreed to anything then you need to look at cleaning up your computer immediately, look for a program named trustedantivirus.exe and delete it, make sure thats not in your task list as active either.
