Main Question - Posted From lemonhill:
I read a article about a mom using 2 kinds of teeth whitening products Dazzlewhite and Clean White. In the articles it stated the free trial offer was about $5. Dazzle white $1.95 with special code and Clean white with special code .99cents. I signed my husband and I up for these 2 products. Both companies said this was a 30 day trial. We were both charged immediately for both products Dazzle White $48.92 Clean White $49.95 This was charged before we even received our trail product. Also, The trial product had to be returned by the 27th and here it is the 15th and we have not received the trial product. We have been customers of AOL since 1995 and are very upset with the advertising of these products and want AOL and other AOL customers to know. I feel really violated by these companies and the fact that they charged our bank accounts without our permission. We are out over $500 and will receive partial reimbursement sending these products back. Do you stand by your articles or the products that are advertised in these articles?? with this economy money is tight and this entire process is nauseating!! Sincerely, Dave & Katy Lemon

You need to contact your credit card company and tell them this was not what you agreed to. Also when your product arrives, just send back the product and make sure you send it signature required or via registered mail so that you have proof it was sent back. Your credit card company will always cancel the order for you as long as you show proof that you returned or sent back the product.

By the way this has nothing to do with AOL, it has everything to do with the teeth whitening product or company that advertised the product fraudently. Tell that company you are calling your credit card company to reverse the charge and that you never agreed to that charge. Heck for that price you can actually get your teeth whitened at the dentist. Actually you can get your teeth whitened at the dentist EVEN CHEAPER then that cost, so yeah thats really a rip off.
