Why Does Sapi Not Work On Vista?

Running a sapi program on vista, text to speech works fine in the ide editor, but running the exe on its own fails on vista with floating point division by zero error. Anyone know why? Even if I give it admin on vista that doesn't fix the error, so its not that.

Alot of people got this same error, wierd that it works in the ide but doesn't outside of it, I wonder if its a sapi bug.
