Going to get a new computer and thinking about skipping vista alltogtehtr. Should I just buy and upgrade later?

I would just buy in a few weeks because you can get a coupon to upgrade to windows 7 for free. Then you don't have to wait another 8 months and you can still get vista and upgrade for free to windows 7 when it comes out

As of this date (7/4/09) this is now offered, you can buy an upgrade to windows 7 at this time, and you can also buy it cheaper then when it comes out later this year. You can find this on bestbuy etc. I'm glad to see them offer preorders at a discounted price, very unlike microsoft to do this.
