As you say in your post STOPAFT allow you to stop processiong after 10 rows, so de top 10 would be copied, but is it possible to obtain the last 10 rows with something similar? Thank you!!

You can use the skiprec option to go past the first X number of rows if you know how many rows are in your file. For example OPTION SKIPREC=51000 will bypass the first 51000 rows. You could also just sort them in reverse order and then use stopaft, depends upon your business need.

You can use the SUBSET operator of DFSORT's ICETOOL to keep the last 10 records like this:

SUBSET FROM(IN) TO(OUT) INPUT KEEP LAST(10)
