Include Condition In Sort

What will execute first whether include condition or sort ?

I'm guessing the sort takes place at the same time (dfsort is what i use), since it has to pass through all the data anyways to use the include statement, so it would make sense to sort and include all at one pass.

The INCLUDE statement is processed before the SORT statement.

The INCLUDE parameter of the OUTFIL statement is processed after the SORT statement.
