Main Menu Computer Tips Software Downloads Menu Main Question - Posted From Connie:Hi, I apologize in advance if this is not a new question, I didn't take the time to search through... this may be unique though - I read what you wrote regarding dotnetfx.exe, that it is part of the Microsoft operating system, that it is required... I found you thru a search engine, and the reason I was looking it up is, my Norton 360 firewall has this listed as a program and it is set to "block". My question is, you said the location of it isn't listed and can be found through a search - the firewall says it is in the AppDataLocalTemp folder and reads like this - {numbers&letters}dotnetfx.exe. Is this a typical location for this type of file, the Temp folder? and should I keep it blocked or change it to "allow" ? Thanks, Connie Guest Says:
