Main Question - Posted From Guest:
What all if any will I lose if I defragment my computer? How exactly do I do that for free?

Guest Says:
Defragging your computer doesn't delete any data at all. When you defragment your hard drive it just "organizes" it better but doesn't delete any files. Everyone should defrag at least every few months, it will help your computer run faster and the data doesn't get "fragmented". Check your menu or desktop as all Windows pcs already have a defrag software on it, its already free and part of the Windows system
