Its easy to remove songs from any Ipod, doesn't matter if you are using shuffle, nano, etc.... also if you aren't using the latest Itunes you should install it, as it makes it simpler. Here is the instructions: http://www.justtext.com/messageboards/20070727192630.html

Hey I read through all of it but nothing says how to get rid of the lisence agreement especially when you can't see the entire page, in order to remove the songs.

Do you mean nano pictures when the songs are playing?... .like the album pictures or covers? Those are part of the mp3 itself, if the mp3 has an image stored in it then it will display on the ipod also when the song is playing.

No, I meant digital pictures that can be downloaded from the camera or just general pictures (not album pictures).
