I have the aurora popup windows and was told to remove the nail.exe. Whenever I attempt to remove this it tells me this cannot be done. What am I doing wrong?

Thats because it is currently running, and you first need to terminate the task. Hold down ctrl-alt-del to view your tasklist, then highlight nail.exe and click the end process button. Then you should be able to delete this.

I am not very computer savy,but every time I delete spyware from ad-aware, coolweb comes up like 20 to 30 times again. I use spybot, cw shredder ,microsoft antispyware and they dont even detect it. I dont even have to browes any web pages and there they are again. what do I do to get rid of it? thanks

All antispyware programs should remove this today since this was the aurora spyware module and it is well knonw

You may want to look for ohter programs also as aurora tends to download and put otehers on your pc. Double check your startup to make sure nothing is there that is suspicious.

Spybot Search and Destroy should get rid of aurora....its a free download just google it.
